Are the apartments fully equipped?

Yes, kitchens are fully equipped with: Fridge Freezer, Iron & Board, Crockery & Cutlery, Microwave Oven, Cooking Utensils, Kettle & Toaster, Hob & Oven. The lounges comprises of Television (with selection of Sky channels, Coffee Table, Vacuum Cleaner, Storage Heater, Smoke Alarm, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket. All Standard and Deluxe En-suite Study Bedrooms are equipped with:Study Desk, Study Lamp, Bookshelves, Under Bed Storage, Full Length Mirror, Individually Controlled Heating, Fitted Wardrobe & Shelves, Mattress Cover. We also supply bed linen and towels.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes we have a laundry room facility on-site and tokens can be purchased in reception for an additional charge.

Linen and towel packs can be purchased in reception.

Are there any additional fees to pay other than the rent payments?

Electricity Deposit:

An Electricity Deposit is due with the Accommodation fees to cover electricity charges for the duration of stay. Any balance of the Electricity Deposit not required in connection with electricity charges will be applied towards any outstanding licence fee due. Keys to accommodation cannot be issued until/unless the electricity supply deposit is paid in full. Electricity Bills are issued to each apartment every month/two months. Any credit remaining will be refunded with Security Deposit refunds, normally within eight weeks from date of departure. Please note any underpayment will be due at the end of the accommodation contract and prior to departure. Any balance due in respect of Electricity on termination of this Agreement shall be deducted from any sum to credit of the Security Deposit.

Service Charge:

Service Charges are required along with the accommodation fees. Service Charges are non-refundable and cover costs for TV license, refuse & water charges.

What are reception opening hours for academic year?

Reception hours are 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. A security guard is on duty from 9 pm – 4 am.

Do you provide car parking?

Some complexes have a very limited amount of parking available and subject to terms and conditions and costs. Please check with reception directly.

Where do we collect our keys?

All keys and information can be collected at reception. Please advise if you are checking in outside office hours.

Where do we collect our post?

Post is collected from the main office during office hours, all mail is put into the relevant pigeonholes and registered post and parcels are signed for at the office.

Can we have guests stay overnight?

Guests are allowed to stay overnight occasionally (one guest per apartment) and we would simply ask that you sign them in and out at reception and also inform your flat mates out of courtesy.

Is internet provided?

Yes wifi internet is provided and free of charge.
